About the Role

The role oversees Corrigo PMRW schedules and work orders, partners with the sourcing team to manage schedule changes, provides finance with accrual commentary, supports budgeting and supplier business reviews, resolves contract rate inquiries, and conducts daily work order reviews. It also trains vendors, develops reference guides, leads vendor performance meetings, drives process improvements, manages electronic reporting tools, and performs other assigned duties. • Oversee and ensure quality of Corrigo PMRW schedules and work orders. • Review facility manager requests and adjust schedules with the sourcing team. • Conduct monthly schedule reviews and track expirations. • Provide finance with monthly accrual commentary for aging work orders. • Supply data for annual budgeting and supplier business reviews. • Resolve contract rate inquiries and work order authorization limits. • Perform daily work order reviews and distribute action files to vendors. • Track vendor performance on work order and invoicing metrics. • Train vendors on Corrigo functions and develop quick reference guides. • Lead regular vendor meetings to discuss performance and escalations. • Identify and implement process improvements for vendor accuracy and speed. • Manage electronic reporting tools for vendor performance outputs.

What You Bring

Candidates need a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business analytics, project coordination or a related field, plus 2–4 years of supply chain, procurement, or analytics experience. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and data‑analysis tools (Power BI), and preferably Corrigo experience are required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business analytics, project coordination or related field. • 2–4 years experience in supply chain operations, procurement, or business analytics. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools such as Power BI. • Experience with Corrigo preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities. • Ability to work urgently in a fast‑paced environment. • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • AI‑enhanced recruitment insights.
