About the Role
The Leasing Consultant will implement the leasing and marketing program, promote a positive image of the apartment community, and support management with resident programs and retention efforts. • Implement leasing and marketing program to attract and retain residents • Promote a positive image of the apartment community • Assist management with resident programs and retention initiatives • Tour prospective residents and process lease applications • Prepare and finalize lease documents • Plan and attend resident events and functions • Collect and secure rental payments • Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention analysis • Maintain property’s expected closing ratio • Participate in flexible spending accounts and 401(k) with a 4% employer match after 90 days
