About the Role

The position involves generating interest by touring the community and answering questions about amenities and the surrounding area, driving sales by highlighting the quality of the apartments, and assisting prospects with qualification and background checks. You will ensure units are ready for move‑in and deliver unmatched resident service to exceed expectations and improve retention. Office responsibilities include detailed paperwork coordination and other assigned duties. • Generate interest by touring prospects and highlighting amenities. • Drive sales by showcasing community quality and lifestyle. • Qualify prospects and initiate background checks. • Prepare apartments for move‑in. • Provide exceptional resident service to exceed expectations and retain tenants. • Coordinate paperwork and office tasks related to rentals. • Assist leasing staff with leasing activities. • Work in a professional office; operate standard office equipment; travel between properties up to 5 % of the time.

What You Bring

Effective communication and customer service are essential, along with basic Windows computer skills. You will assist the leasing staff, maintain professionalism, courtesy, organization, and teamwork, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Candidates must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical/vocational training, and at least one year of related leasing experience. The role operates in a professional office setting using standard equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers, and requires occasional travel between properties in varying weather. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs, and remaining stationary for up to 85 % of the time, with the ability to travel up to 5 % of the workweek. • Communicate effectively and deliver high‑level customer service. • Utilize basic Windows computer skills. • Meet education requirement of high school diploma/GED or equivalent training. • Possess at least one year of related leasing experience. • Ability to stand, walk, and ascend stairs for extended periods and operate office machinery.
