About the Role
The position involves generating interest by touring the community and answering questions about amenities and the surrounding area, driving sales by highlighting the quality of the apartments, and assisting prospects with qualification and background checks. You will ensure units are ready for move‑in and deliver unmatched resident service to exceed expectations and improve retention. What You Bring
Effective communication and customer service are essential, along with basic Windows computer skills. You will assist the leasing staff, maintain professionalism, courtesy, organization, and teamwork, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Candidates must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical/vocational training, and at least one year of related leasing experience. The role operates in a professional office setting using standard equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers, and requires occasional travel between properties in varying weather. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs, and remaining stationary for up to 85 % of the time, with the ability to travel up to 5 % of the workweek. • Communicate effectively and deliver high‑level customer service. • Utilize basic Windows computer skills. • Meet education requirement of high school diploma/GED or equivalent training. • Possess at least one year of related leasing experience. • Ability to stand, walk, and ascend stairs for extended periods and operate office machinery.

Compensation is competitive and varies by location, experience, and other factors, with an hourly rate ranging from $17.85 to $21.00, subject to minimum wage and collective bargaining agreements. • Eligible for health, vision, dental, flexible spending, retirement, life and disability insurance, and paid time off. • Competitive hourly pay of $17.85‑$21.00.
