About the Role

The Cleaner will maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the school, handling daily surface and floor disinfection, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and both planned and ad‑hoc tasks on equipment and facilities. All activities must comply with health and safety legislation, and any accidents are reported promptly. • Clean and disinfect work surfaces, floors and paintwork each day. • Dust, vacuum and mop general flooring throughout the site. • Perform planned and ad‑hoc cleaning of buildings and equipment. • Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety legislation and procedures. • Report accidents and incidents promptly. • Complete a PVG/Disclosure check before starting.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will have general cleaning experience, the ability to prioritize tasks, and knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations.
