About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Advisor for Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) to join our team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. In this crucial role you will provide expert guidance on SH&E matters, develop and implement comprehensive safety programs, and foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the organization. • Serve as the primary SH&E contact, advising management and staff. • Design, implement, and oversee SH&E strategies aligned with regulations. • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards. • Lead investigations of accidents, injuries, and near‑misses and enforce corrective actions. • Integrate SH&E best practices across cross‑functional operations. • Develop and deliver organization‑wide SH&E training programs. • Monitor UAE and international SH&E regulations to ensure compliance. • Prepare and present detailed SH&E reports to senior leadership. • Manage emergency response planning and crisis management initiatives. • Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the organization on SH&E matters.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science or a related field and a NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent). • Bring at least 8 years of SH&E experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of ISO 45001/14001. • Demonstrated ability to conduct inspections, follow up on corrective actions, and develop policies. • Willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi and the UAE for site inspections and audits.
