About the Role

• Apply Earned Value Management and other project controls methodologies to complex projects. • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary project controls team, including assistant managers. • Analyse trends using numerical and statistical techniques and recommend corrective actions. • Oversee delivery of project controls for medium to high‑complexity programmes. • Influence clients and stakeholders, presenting persuasive recommendations. • Identify and develop talented individuals within the team. • Produce clear professional presentations for large audiences.

What You Bring

Resilience, flexibility and a passion for data analytics are essential, as is experience delivering PMO and project controls services across construction or consultancy sectors. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6 and RiskHive. • Demonstrated experience in construction consultancy and PMO/project controls frameworks. • Hold APM Planning and Project Controls foundation/practitioner qualification (or equivalent degree).
