About the Role
In this role, you will assist the Project Engineer and Project Manager throughout all project stages — from scoping and tendering through to execution, close‑out, and client handover. What You Bring
This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career engineer looking to develop expertise in water infrastructure while contributing to meaningful projects that support essential community services. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or similar, with 1‑3 years of industry experience or recent graduation, and preferably experience in water or wastewater infrastructure. They should demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills, high attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, a collaborative team mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environment with a positive, proactive, safety‑focused approach. • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or related degree. • 1–3 years industry experience or recent graduate. • Experience in water or wastewater infrastructure (desirable). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities. • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and confidentiality. • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environment. • Positive, proactive, safety‑focused attitude.
