About the Role
The controller will conduct financial analysis and monitoring, develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cost‑control measures, and analyze performance to identify improvement and cost‑saving opportunities. Collaboration with project managers and plant leadership will ensure financial guidance, variance analysis, and clear explanations for any deviations. Contributions to financial reporting, presentations for senior management, and strategic planning are also required, while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls. • Perform financial analysis and monitoring for projects and plant operations. • Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost‑control measures. • Analyze project and plant performance to identify improvement and cost‑saving opportunities. • Collaborate with project managers and plant management to provide financial guidance and support. • Conduct variance analysis and explain deviations from budgets and forecasts. • Contribute to financial reports and presentations for senior management. • Participate in financial planning and strategic decision‑making processes. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and key internal controls.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field and have proven experience in project or plant controlling. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, advanced Excel, and financial management systems is required, with Oracle ERP knowledge a plus. Strong communication, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic cross‑functional team are essential, and certifications such as CMA or CPA are advantageous. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field. • Proven experience in project controlling, plant controlling, or similar roles. • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial management systems (Oracle ERP a plus). • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross‑functional team environment. • Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) a plus.
