About the Role

Reporting to the WA Project Sales Team, the manager will act as a trusted advisor, influencing specifications, supporting tenders and coordinating technical expertise. A healthy pipeline will be maintained in the CRM, and collaboration with internal teams will aim to maximise opportunity capture across channels. • Promote Schneider Electric solutions to major electrical contractors. • Build strong relationships to uncover and influence project opportunities. • Support tender reviews, quotes, and commercial discussions. • Coordinate technical support with product specialists. • Maintain CRM accuracy and forecast project pipelines. • Share market insights and collaborate with internal teams. • Assist in securing major and strategic project wins.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will have an electrical trade qualification or engineering degree, complemented by at least five years of industrial or technology sales experience and two years in senior or key‑account roles. Strong knowledge of power distribution, energy management, and commercial processes such as tenders and negotiations is essential, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. • Hold an electrical trade qualification or engineering degree. • 5+ years’ industrial/technology sales experience. • 2+ years in key account or senior sales roles. • Strong knowledge of power distribution and energy management. • Experience in tenders, negotiations, and quoting. • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship skills. • Strong commercial and analytical abilities. • Proactive, adaptable, and confident in stakeholder management. • Proficient with CRM and computer applications.
