About the Role
The Field Supervisor position involves leading a team of field operators at wellsites, coordinating with customers and drill crews, and delivering wireline completions services. The role requires problem‑solving, equipment and crew management, and ensuring accurate documentation and safe execution of operations. • Resolve complex wellsite problems by analyzing data and multiple factors. • Directly manage and mentor a team of two or more Field Operators. • Oversee training, competency assessments, timesheets, expenses, DOT filings, onboarding, off‑boarding, promotions, terminations, and performance reviews. • Coordinate operations with Customer Representatives, drill crews, rigs, and production facilities on‑site. • Record and communicate all assembly runs and logging data to customers. • Advise customers on open‑hole and cased‑hole logging, interpret data, troubleshoot, and support decision‑making. • Manage crew scheduling and equipment deployment for logging and completion services. • Ensure maintenance of equipment and facility, maintaining records per district guidelines. • Assist in training personnel on completions operations and equipment maintenance. • Promote strong customer relationships and execute duties safely according to BH HSE, legal, and core value policies.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a university degree in Engineering or Applied Science with at least two years of wireline completions experience, or a Technical Associate degree with four years of relevant experience. Completion of Field Technical Lead II CMP requirements or prior supervision of wireline teams is preferred.
