About the Role

Key responsibilities include collating weekly timesheets for payroll, registering purchase invoices on the purchase ledger, allocating material and plant costs to contracts, compiling site data for costing reports, calculating month‑end accruals and reconciling daily tonnage delivery reports. • Collate weekly timesheets and input them into the payroll system by the company deadline. • Receive purchase invoices, register them on the purchase ledger, match to purchase orders and forward payment information to the Head Office accounts team. • Allocate material and plant costs to individual contracts using daily foremen’s sheets. • Gather daily and weekly site data to produce reports that support the costing process. • Calculate month‑end accruals for material and plant costs that have not yet been invoiced. • Prepare and reconcile daily tonnage delivery reports and distribute the reporting diary.
