About the Role

The Housekeeping Executive in Property and Asset Management will ensure high‑quality housekeeping services across the site by coordinating with vendors for landscaping, pest control, facade cleaning and other related tasks. The role also supports the Team Manager and Property Manager on assigned projects and provides backup as needed. Key site responsibilities include daily property rounds, addressing cleaning matters, maintaining daily and monthly reports, and leading weekly vendor meetings. The incumbent will also manage attendance records, resolve customer queries, mentor vendor staff, oversee landscaping, enforce cleaning standards, and prepare checklists and procedural documentation. • Coordinate daily housekeeping services with vendors (landscaping, pest control, cleaning, etc.). • Conduct daily property rounds and resolve cleaning issues promptly. • Prepare and share daily/monthly reports (DMR, MMR) with Property Manager and client. • Schedule and lead weekly vendor meetings to address operational issues. • Maintain monthly attendance records for payroll processing. • Investigate and resolve customer queries; escalate when necessary. • Mentor and develop vendor staff, ensuring grooming and compliance with standards. • Monitor cleaning standards and maintain janitor closets and storage areas. • Manage landscaping and gardening operations across the site. • Develop checklists, policies, and procedures to ensure cost‑effective services. • Collect customer feedback and assess satisfaction levels.

What You Bring
