About the Role

As an Experience Services Ambassador you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences that support JLL’s commitment to workplace excellence. The role blends hospitality expertise with operational excellence to manage high‑profile meetings, oversee employee amenity services, and ensure seamless daily operations. You will enhance the overall workplace experience for employees, clients, and guests through proactive communication and high‑touch service, serving as a brand ambassador while supporting Return‑to‑Office initiatives. • Serve as primary point of contact for conference center clients, managing scheduling software, coordinating room setup/breakdown, and providing AV assistance • Execute high‑profile meetings and events, consulting on space requirements, AV needs, catering, and support services • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, operate the main switchboard, answer calls, and maintain accurate visitor records • Oversee employee amenity kitchens, ensuring daily operations meet high standards, stock pantry supplies, and order kitchen supplies within budget • Coordinate and set up catering and beverage services for meetings and events, process orders, and manage vendor relationships • Maintain meeting spaces in pristine condition, collect stakeholder feedback, and handle administrative support including cost quotes and presentations • Collaborate with vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure seamless execution with minimal disruption while supporting other departments

Background checks focus on convictions directly related to job duties. • High school diploma or equivalent • ServeSafe Food Handler Certification (must obtain within 60 days if not already certified) • 1‑3 years of experience in food service, hospitality, events, property management, or a related field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to interact professionally with all staff levels and clients • Exceptional customer service with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, demonstrating initiative, integrity, and good judgment • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and maintain general mobility throughout office facilities • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business administration, or a related field • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Previous conference‑center or corporate events experience with knowledge of meeting logistics and coordination • Experience coordinating senior‑executive meetings and high‑stakes events • Knowledge of food‑service operations and inventory‑management practices • Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environments with competing priorities • Familiarity with workplace‑experience initiatives and Return‑to‑Office support programs

Estimated compensation ranges from $48,000 to $59,000 per year, with final packages determined by qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
