About the Role
As the go‑to person for all things technical, you will keep the company up to speed on operating and utilities costs, monitor invoices for technical services, and ensure contractor maintenance practices align with manufacturer recommendations and our preventive maintenance standards. You will also oversee repair and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electricity, lighting fixtures and related equipment, while performing routine inspections, inventory and documentation of these systems. Impeccable leadership is required to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. You will oversee electricians, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and serve as the primary point of contact for all maintenance services. In addition, you will monitor maintenance activities and produce daily and weekly summary reports. • Monitor operating and utility costs and track technical service invoices. • Ensure contractor maintenance aligns with manufacturer recommendations and preventive standards. • Oversee repair and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems. • Conduct routine inspections, inventory, and documentation of building systems. • Lead electricians and coordinate maintenance activities across internal teams and vendors. • Produce daily and weekly maintenance summary reports.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a degree and has at least three years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of building policies, maintenance procedures and people management.
