About the Role

Interns will collaborate with the public transit team, contributing to projects that improve mobility, safety, and accessibility through rail, bus rapid transit, and zero‑emission solutions, helping to transform urban landscapes and reduce environmental impact. • Prepare simple engineering and construction drawings from sketches or verbal instructions using manual or CAD techniques. • Create drawings from markups, charts, and tables. • Perform quantity calculations based on engineering plans. • Update computer lists, file prints, distribute drawings, conduct basic calculations, and proofread reports. • Support field assignments, including construction inspections and structural condition assessments. • Work in varied weather conditions as needed.
