About the Role
The 3rd and 4th year Apprentice Electrician role involves installing and terminating conduit, cable, equipment, panels, sensors, and control components for Silent‑Aire Limited Partnership. Responsibilities include constructing and fabricating control panels, performing rough and finish wiring, installing interlocking wiring, and completing wiring check‑outs in compliance with NEC, NESC, NFPA, and UFC standards. Additional duties cover troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical control circuits for motors and devices, providing material take‑offs, proposing plan modifications to improve efficiency, testing equipment, performing routine maintenance, and keeping detailed reports and documentation. • Install and terminate conduit, cable, equipment, panels, sensors, and control components. • Construct and fabricate control panels; perform rough and finish wiring, including interlocking wiring and check‑outs. • Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, NESC, NFPA, and UFC standards. • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain motor control circuits and related electrical devices. • Perform material take‑offs and propose plan modifications to enhance system efficiency. • Test installed equipment, conduct routine maintenance, and document work accurately. • Maintain awareness of technological, compliance, and repair technique changes. • Adhere to Silent‑Aire safety program and Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

What You Bring
The apprentice must be registered in Alberta, enrolled in a recognized trade school, and able to work under journeyman supervision or independently.
