About the Role
A typical day includes performing all elevator maintenance and service visits in the assigned territory, managing the portfolio of units, responding quickly to breakdowns to achieve first‑time fixes, carrying out minor repairs for continual operation, and liaising directly with customers on site to build strong relationships. All work is performed within a defined geographical area to ensure consistent service quality. • Perform all scheduled elevator maintenance and service visits within the assigned territory. • Manage the portfolio of elevators across the defined geographic area. • Respond promptly to breakdowns to achieve first‑time fixes. • Conduct minor repairs to ensure continuous operation. • Interact directly with customers on‑site to maintain strong relationships.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in elevator maintenance, solid electronics, electrical and mechanical adjustment skills, a strong safety focus, analytical ability to address root causes, good communication, adaptability, and comfort using electronic and digital tools. The ideal candidate is committed, safety‑oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. • Possess a minimum of three years' elevator maintenance experience. • Demonstrate strong electronics, electrical, and mechanical adjustment skills. • Prioritize safety and apply analytical skills to identify root causes. • Communicate effectively and work independently or as part of a team. • Utilize electronic and digital tools proficiently.
