The position involves moving heavy equipment across various construction sites throughout New York State, supporting job‑site operations and maintaining schedule adherence. The role requires working closely with crews in environments that may include inclement weather, noise, and varying shift times. Work conditions include handling mechanical equipment, exposure to heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels, with start and end times that can change daily. Safety and compliance are paramount, and employees must adhere to FMCSA drug‑and‑alcohol testing regulations. • Transport equipment between New York State construction projects. • Load and unload equipment from low‑bed trailers. • Operate tools and equipment efficiently to meet jobsite demands. • Collaborate with crew members to keep project schedules on track. • Perform physical tasks in varied weather and noise conditions. • Apply effective communication and problem‑solving skills. • Participate in ongoing FMCSA‑regulated drug and alcohol testing.

What You Bring
