About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Director – Project Management on a permanent basis. In this role you will represent Mace, interface with key clients, lead teams, provide clear direction, and coach others to reach their full potential. • Oversee project timelines and budgets, flagging risks, challenges, and mitigations. • Lead project management for external/third‑party clients from inception through post‑completion. • Ensure delivery aligns with stakeholder expectations and communicate strategies to client, consultant, and contractor teams. • Provide subject‑matter expertise and guidance to support project success. • Manage client, consultant, and external stakeholder teams to meet client expectations. • Drive collaboration among all parties. • Produce integrated design and authority programmes linked to procurement and delivery schedules. • Coordinate timely delivery from brief through design, planning, procurement, and construction according to milestones. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategies and programmes. • Implement continuous process improvements using best practices and lessons learned. • Deliver complex flood mitigation and storm‑water schemes with proven infrastructure experience. • Safety first: champion a safe, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
