About the Role
As an intern you will be exposed to core aspects of property management, including leasing, resident relations, property operations, financial record‑keeping, and regulatory compliance. You will observe professional practices, assist with various tasks, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the field. • Observe and support the leasing sales process, including conducting property tours, assisting with applications, and scheduling appointments. • Assist with lease signings, unit inspections, and follow‑up activities. • Guide new residents through the move‑in process and ensure resident information is accurate and up‑to‑date. • Create monthly reports on renewals, rents, leasing activity, and resident retention; follow up on delinquent accounts. • Support the manager in collecting payments, processing purchase orders, and learning basic financial record‑keeping. • Ensure compliance with federal and state Fair Housing laws and company policies.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in college (freshman‑senior), proficient in Microsoft Office, and possesses strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational skills. A detail‑oriented, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential for success. • Currently enrolled in college as a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational abilities. • Exhibit a detail‑oriented, proactive attitude and motivation to learn.
