About the Role

As a Cleaner at Velociti Services you will join the frontline team delivering commercial cleaning at client sites. The role focuses on standard custodial and janitorial duties such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping, and waste removal. Core responsibilities include vacuuming, edging, dusting, cleaning and stocking restrooms and breakrooms, window cleaning, emptying trash, and sweeping and mopping floors. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to ensure comprehensive site cleanliness. The role requires building respectful relationships with teammates and guests, prioritizing safety, and coordinating activities with other internal departments. Employees are expected to follow direction from cleaning leads or supervisors and actively participate in team meetings. • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures • Perform work assignments collaboratively with team members • Maintain a clean work area and follow all company procedures • Take direction from supervisors and respond promptly • Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, co‑workers, managers, and customers • Fill in during staff shortages and support shift lead with punch‑list items • Clean and stock restrooms and breakrooms • Sweep and mop floors; perform additional assigned duties • Build respectful relationships with teammates and guests; coordinate with internal departments • Participate in team meetings and follow cleaning lead directions • Lift boxes/packages up to 60 lb, bend, squat, stretch, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods
