About the Role
In this field‑based position you will perform both planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems across multiple client sites. Responsibilities include diagnosing and fixing faults in electrical, mechanical and HVAC equipment, ensuring health and safety compliance, providing technical support, liaising with customers to deliver high‑quality service, and mentoring apprentices and junior engineers. • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems • Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Provide technical support across multiple sites • Liaise with customers to deliver outstanding service • Mentor apprentices and junior engineers • Travel between client sites; on‑call duty 1 in 4 weeks

What You Bring
The successful candidate will hold a recognised apprenticeship or relevant qualification in M&E services, have prior experience in a retail or commercial setting, and possess a valid UK driving licence along with 18th Edition, F‑Gas, and Test & Inspection certifications. Strong problem‑solving abilities, independent working style, and IT proficiency are essential, as is the willingness to travel between sites and undertake on‑call duties one week in four. The role offers a competitive salary of £35,834 or £41,210 depending on experience, full door‑to‑door pay, a performance bonus of up to 4%, overtime paid at time‑and‑a‑half, and a company van available for personal use from day one.
