About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is accountable for all leasing, marketing, and resident‑relation activities at a property. This includes showing units, processing applications, maintaining prospect data, handling resident concerns, and supporting retention initiatives. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents, handling greetings, qualifications, tours, and lease signing. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, achieve closing ratios, and exceed leasing targets. • Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction. • Assist in creating and executing resident retention programs, including events, promotions, and newsletters. • Perform administrative tasks and maintain cleanliness of office, common areas, and model units. • Implement the annual marketing plan, conduct market surveys, and produce weekly market reports. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and uphold a favorable community image. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring
• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent with basic computer skills. • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.
