About the Role
The role focuses on acquiring new customers within the State & Local Government and Education (SLED) segment across California, with the option to work from either Northern or Southern California. The ideal candidate has a hunter mindset, can quickly penetrate and qualify accounts, and can manage a broad portfolio of Schneider Electric solutions while ruthlessly prioritizing opportunities at scale. • Manage a large, diverse territory spanning municipal, utility, transportation, and education segments. • Originate, shape, qualify, and win deals. • Lead the OneSchneider account team and maintain timely, accurate CRM hygiene. • Reflect the Voice of the Customer to inform internal planning. • Own strategic accounts and shape customers' digital transformation journeys. • Access professional development and growth in high‑tech solutions sales. • Participate in a collaborative culture focused on customer success. • Work with cutting‑edge integrated technology solutions.

Benefits
The U.S.-based full‑time position offers a compensation range of $148,000 to $222,000 per year, which includes base pay and a short‑term incentive. Salary is set by reviewing comparable roles and adjusted for performance, knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
