About the Role
The Business Analyst role ensures operational efficiency and excellence. The analyst supports projects by capturing system, functional, and process requirements, designing, developing, and deploying technology solutions, and providing documentation and training. All activities align with JE Dunn’s strategy, vision, and values. Core responsibilities include collecting and analyzing business requirements, evaluating data from task analysis, surveys, and workshops, and providing suggestions during pilot phases. The analyst prepares detailed specification documents, user‑interface guides, training materials, and process flow documentation, while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to achieve desired outcomes. Deployment plans are created, operational meetings chaired, and change requests managed to meet deadlines. The role also handles difficult customer situations, seeks feedback for quality improvement, identifies growth opportunities, and designs efficient workflows based on analysis. • Capture and document system, functional, and process requirements for projects. • Design, develop, and deploy technology solutions and related training. • Analyze business data through task analysis, surveys, and workshops. • Prepare detailed specifications, UI guides, and process flow documentation. • Communicate solutions and outcomes to external clients and internal teams. • Create deployment plans and lead operational meetings for adoption. • Manage change requests and ensure deadlines are met. • Handle difficult customer situations promptly and efficiently. • Identify opportunities for new business development and continuous improvement. • Apply analytical insights to design efficient workflows and procedures.

What You Bring
Key skills include accurate and timely work, strong verbal and written communication, intermediate proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of organizational structure, rapid problem solving, attention to detail, organizational and listening abilities, effective project management, and the capacity to analyze and document complex business processes. The analyst must make effective decisions under pressure and collaborate well within internal and external teams. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, with relevant experience considered in lieu of education. At least two years of business analysis experience is desired. • Proficient in MS Office and effective written and verbal communication. • Strong problem‑solving, project management, and organizational skills. • Ability to analyze complex business processes and make decisions under pressure. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred); 2+ years business analysis experience.
