About the Role

The Jr Construction Field Assistant is an entry‑level, temporary field role designed to provide exposure to construction processes and a clear path to promotion within the construction team, handling model maintenance, progress communication, and community safety and cleanliness. The assistant supports the Construction Manager by supervising and scheduling trade partners from trench work through customer move‑in, monitors model cleanliness and system functionality, and manages documentation and scheduling of interior and exterior repairs. • Assist Construction Manager with supervision and scheduling of trade partners from trench work to customer move‑in. • Maintain and monitor model cleanliness and system functionality; document and schedule interior/exterior repairs. • Communicate home progress to customers via written updates, email, and video conferences from purchase agreement through COE.
