About the Role
• Lead and develop the Project Management team, ensuring delivery of all accountabilities. • Manage client communications and oversee team services. • Research construction market conditions and produce thought‑leadership reports. • Strategically manage project management services across sectors, including resource and financial planning, business generation, and training. • Set team strategy aligned with the Business Plan and drive growth. • Foster a culture of learning, respect and inclusivity while developing talent. • Capture and share knowledge in internal databases. • Identify and implement process improvements. • Ensure quality compliance and support ISO audits. • Develop risk‑mitigation plans, KPIs and performance controls. • Conduct internal BMS audits and coordinate external certification audits. • Act as brand ambassador, building a pipeline of opportunities and cross‑selling. • Present to senior leadership and prepare proposals/RFP responses. • Track revenue, margins and resource requirements using internal software. • Attend networking and promotional events with directors. • Mentor staff and support career progression. • Partner with talent acquisition to attract and plan for staffing needs. • Uphold a one‑business culture balancing outcomes for people, clients, stakeholders and society. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
The firm is hiring a Director of Project Management for its Atlanta office to lead a team of Project Managers delivering services on major Life Science sector projects. The role is responsible for ensuring service excellence, growing the project management offering, engaging with clients and expanding market outreach. The ideal candidate is a driven leader with strong interpersonal skills. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field (master’s preferred). • 12+ years of construction project management experience. • 2+ years leading large, multi‑disciplinary consulting teams. • Proven record of delivering successful project management services. • Strong business development acumen and track record of growth. • Experience in commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, industrial manufacturing or natural resources. • Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills. • Preferred: pharma sector experience; utility‑distribution projects; leading $1bn+ projects; setting up projects with limited client processes.
