What You Bring

Candidates must bring at least five years of hands‑on experience operating CNC lathes or mills in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of three years dedicated to setting up these machines. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR regulations. A technical degree in manufacturing, machining, or a related discipline is preferred. The successful applicant will be proficient with a range of manual equipment, understand lean and Kaizen methodologies, and possess strong troubleshooting abilities using quality‑tool techniques. Competence with PC applications, blueprint interpretation, GD&T, and basic shop mathematics is required. • Minimum 5 years operating CNC lathes or mills in manufacturing or equivalent education • At least 3 years experience setting up CNC lathes or mills • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; must be a U.S. person per ITAR • Technical degree in manufacturing, machining, or related field • Proficient with manual machines (lathes, mills, jig bore, grinders) • Familiar with Kaizen and Lean tools (5S, TPM, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) • Skilled in troubleshooting using statistics, 8D, 5‑Why, fishbone diagrams • Strong PC skills (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software • Able to read and interpret blueprints and sketches; proficient in GD&T • Capable of basic shop math
