About the Role

• Design and deliver building hydraulic and fire services systems from concept to construction completion. • Produce calculations, concept sketches, reports, detailed designs, specifications and drawings. • Lead client‑facing responsibilities across a range of project types. • Work on landmark projects such as the National Gallery of Victoria Contemporary and Defence projects. • Access employee resource groups, including Inclusive Network for Women and CSR initiatives. • Participate in an employee‑ownership model with performance‑based bonuses and a direct voice with senior leadership.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a relevant tertiary engineering qualification, are registered (or eligible) as a Professional Engineer in Victoria, and have at least five years’ experience with quality engineering consultants. They must possess strong technical knowledge of the NCC, Victorian building code, Australian Standards for water, sanitary and fire systems, and be able to produce calculations, sketches, reports and detailed designs. Australian citizenship and excellent communication skills are also required. • Hold a relevant tertiary engineering qualification and be registered (or eligible) as a Professional Engineer (Vic). • Provide 5+ years’ experience at quality engineering consultancies. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the NCC, Victorian building code and Australian Standards for water, sanitary, roof drainage, fire hydrant, hose reel and sprinkler systems. • Experience with fire detection and alarm system design is a plus. • Possess strong communication skills and self‑motivation. • Enjoy agile/flexible working arrangements.
