About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor role supports the Community Manager by directing maintenance staff and vendors, ensuring timely service requests, preventative upkeep, safety compliance, and a positive resident experience. • Oversee all maintenance operations, including service requests and preventative maintenance. • Coordinate and schedule resident and management work orders daily. • Inspect grounds and buildings to identify and correct hazardous conditions. • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies within budget guidelines. • Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life. • Keep the maintenance shop organized and compliant with OSHA safety standards. • Record service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, and work progress accurately. • Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff; provide performance input. • Conduct daily checks of staff work and offer immediate assistance when needed. • Deliver excellent customer service and monitor request turnaround times. • Enforce community policies and ensure consistent resident interactions.

What You Bring
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent; EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC preferred. • Possess basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Meet physical demands of moving, lifting 100+ lbs., working in confined spaces, and on‑call emergencies. • Have reliable transportation for emergency on‑call duties.
