About the Role

The Community Manager reports to the Regional Manager and is responsible for the full spectrum of on‑site operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administrative and risk‑management functions, while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety and fair‑housing guidelines. • Oversee all on‑site operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration, and risk management. • Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair‑housing/OSHA standards. • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, monitor rent collections and vendor invoices, and achieve optimal net operating income. • Create and execute yearly marketing plans, drive lease closures, handle resident complaints, and implement retention programs. • Ensure accurate administrative and leasing reporting, respond to property emergencies, and maintain property appearance through inspections and timely repairs. • Supervise maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation projects, obtain vendor bids, and ensure quality and expediency.

What You Bring

• Hold a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred); optional CAM or ARM certification; 1‑2 years relevant experience; proficient with on‑site software. • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and be on‑call for emergencies; meet physical demands such as lifting up to 25 lb and navigating various environments. • Reliable transportation required for emergency on‑call duties.
