The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing all field operations to ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role manages field teams, coordinates with internal departments, and ensures compliance with company policies, schedules, and safety regulations. The Field Manager serves as the primary liaison between customers, project teams, and company leadership, ensuring seamless communication, on‑time delivery, and customer satisfaction. Field Operations Management includes supervising field crews, developing daily and weekly work schedules, and conducting on‑site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. The manager promptly troubleshoots and resolves issues to minimize delays or rework, and coordinates operations with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure readiness and smooth execution. Team Leadership & Training involves leading, training, and mentoring field staff on company policies, installation best practices, and safety procedures. A positive, collaborative work environment is fostered to promote accountability and continuous improvement, while performance is evaluated and development opportunities are identified. The Field Manager acts as the primary on‑site contact for customers, builders, and subcontractors, providing timely updates and professional service. Customer concerns are addressed with a customer‑first approach, and internal teams and leadership are partnered with to report progress, challenges, and solutions. Accurate reporting and process improvement are achieved by maintaining records of project status, site conditions, material usage, and installation challenges. What You Bring

Safety & Compliance requires adherence to all workplace safety regulations and company safety programs, including conducting jobsite safety inspections, identifying hazards, and enforcing corrective actions. The manager maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of OSHA and local safety standards to ensure continual compliance. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management. Candidates must possess proven leadership and team management skills, a strong understanding of construction processes, the ability to read blueprints and technical documents, excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, effective communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, proficiency with project management software, and experience managing subcontractors across multiple sites. Key competencies are leadership, organization, communication, technical aptitude, customer focus, and problem‑solving. The role demands the ability to motivate teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate clearly at all levels, understand field operations and equipment use, deliver high‑quality service, and develop practical solutions under pressure. The position is field‑based with frequent travel to job sites and regular exposure to construction environments, tools, noise, and varying weather conditions. Physical activities include standing, bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces, and the role may require extended hours, overtime, and weekend work.
