About the Role

• Perform repairs and replacements on automatic, manual, swing, folding, sliding and storefront doors, including ADA operators, closers, panic hardware, and pivot assemblies. • Service a variety of door equipment and control devices; conduct preventative maintenance on commercial door systems. • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and in a team. • Maintain a clean driving record and operate company vehicles safely. • Provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring

The current opening is for an Automatic Door Service Technician. The role involves servicing, repairing and replacing ADA operators, manual, swing, folding, sliding and storefront doors, as well as door closers, panic hardware, pivot assemblies and related control devices. Candidates should have at least two years of experience as an automatic‑door installer or service technician, strong mechanical aptitude, carpentry skills for partition framing, and a clean driving record. Preferred qualifications include AAADM certification and familiarity with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam and Assa Abloy. The technician must manage multiple projects, work under time constraints, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude and high attention to detail. • Utilize carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and install doors and windows. • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a positive, professional attitude. • Hold at least 2 years of automatic‑door installation or service experience; AAADM certification preferred. • Experience with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is a plus.
