About the Role

A Driver – CDL (B) is responsible for safely operating a collection truck and providing prompt, courteous waste removal services. The driver also ensures the vehicle meets the company's safety standards, complies with all relevant regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects promptly. Key responsibilities include performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, reporting safety issues, and operating the truck along a designated route while loading, compacting, and disposing of refuse at the proper facility. The driver must interact courteously with customers and dispatchers, tag unsatisfactory containers, clean accidental spills, monitor vehicle condition, and complete required route, productivity, and condition reports while adhering to productivity standards and safety policies.
