About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead who will ensure that all facility operations adhere to established policies and procedures. The Lead coordinates daily activities by delegating job assignments, providing guidance, and supervising the assigned location when the Manager is absent. The Shift Leader is responsible for maintaining clean and safe buildings and facilities for both workers and customers.
