About the Role

The role is a supervisory position responsible for leading a team that handles the general maintenance of a complex, multi‑unit residential property. Duties include overseeing mechanical, interior and exterior, custodial, housekeeping, and food‑court operations, as well as coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance across mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other systems. • Supervise maintenance, grounds, custodial, and food‑court staff; manage hiring, training, scheduling, discipline, and performance reviews. • Repair and maintain mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems; diagnose, disassemble, clean, lubricate, and replace parts. • Perform or assign carpentry work such as door installations, repairs, molding, drywall, plaster, and painting. • Perform or assign electrical work including lighting, wiring, circuit testing, and replacement of switches, lamps, and ballasts. • Perform or assign plumbing work such as unclogging sinks/toilets, faucet repairs, pipe replacement, and fountain maintenance. • Coordinate with contractors and vendors; create specifications, solicit and negotiate bids. • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks.

What You Bring

A high school diploma or GED is required, with 3‑4 years of commercial or multi‑unit property experience; 5‑7 years may substitute for the education requirement. Preferred certifications include EPA/HVAC, electrical, and appliance licenses, along with a valid driver’s license. Compensation is commensurate with experience, ranging from $76,900 to $107,625 annually.
