About the Role

In this role, the recruiter will identify, engage, and hire top‑tier professionals for commercial skilled‑trade positions, working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The recruiter manages the full hiring lifecycle and ensures the organization is staffed with individuals who can drive success. • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and craft job descriptions. • Source candidates through job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals. • Build and maintain pipelines with trade schools and professional organizations. • Track recruitment metrics and manage applicant tracking system databases. • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout interview and offer stages. • Coordinate interview scheduling, debriefs, and negotiate offers. • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

What You Bring

ABM is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter specializing in Skilled Trades to join its dynamic team. The position supports ABM’s growth across the Western United States and operates under a hybrid schedule (in‑office Monday‑Thursday) at the Tempe, Arizona office. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Demonstrated recruiting experience in building/facilities management or commercial skilled trades. • Strong knowledge of facilities management/engineering sectors and related employment laws. • Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
