About the Role
As an In‑House Sales Executive you will present luxury vacation‑ownership products to current owners, attend weekly sales meetings and trainings, and collaborate with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest issues. You will also promote a positive work environment, adhere to Hilton Grand Vacations core values, and fulfill reasonable management requests.

What You Bring
We seek candidates who can work flexible schedules, are proficient in English, and have at least one year of sales experience. Additional requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of timeshare or vacation‑ownership experience, and the ability to resolve complex customer‑service issues in a fast‑paced environment. • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. • Minimum one year of sales experience. • At least six months of timeshare or vacation‑ownership experience (one year preferred). • Ability to resolve complex customer‑service issues. • Proven adaptability in fast‑paced environments. • High School diploma or equivalent. • Two years of consistent record negotiating and closing high‑end sales (preferred).
