About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services while ensuring the vehicle meets all safety standards and completing daily vehicle condition reports. Key duties include thorough pre- and post‑operation inspections, following route sheets to service customers, operating manual or automatic controls to load, compact, and dispose of waste, and maintaining professional interactions with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers. Drivers must monitor waste for unacceptable materials, tag unsatisfactory containers, clean accidental spills according to safety policies, and continuously keep the vehicle operational by removing waste from the packer blade and truck body. They are responsible for completing route productivity sheets, VCRs, and other required reports, adhering to productivity standards, following all safety policies, and actively participating in the Company's ReSOP program.

What You Bring
