About the Role

As a senior engineer, you will represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members, create basic designs under senior guidance, and develop specifications, system narratives, and layouts for projects of varying sizes. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects • Supervise preparation of reports and analysis of system options and building conditions • Maintain interdisciplinary coordination with other trades and consultants • Monitor correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners • Oversee construction administration duties such as field reports, RFI responses, and processing bulletins and addenda • Conduct periodic objective and comprehensive employee evaluations • Participate in and contribute to the business unit Technical Leadership Committee • Assist Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with technical training and staff mentoring

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, possess a PE license, and have at least eight years of consulting experience, including three years in a supervisory role and strong hands‑on CAD/REVIT skills.
