About the Role
The successful candidate will use their MMC expertise to define the future of construction within the Real Estate offering, leveraging the collective power of all divisions. They will share knowledge with clients, educate them on procurement and use of MMC, and disseminate insights internally and externally. They will develop commercial models that share risk and reward, lead future framework procurements, and ensure value‑for‑money delivery. They will also actively manage stakeholder engagement, building effective networks across government, professional bodies, the private sector and the supply chain. • Define and implement an MMC strategy integrated across Real Estate divisions. • Educate and support clients on MMC procurement, implementation and benefits. • Develop commercial models that share risk and reward to deliver value‑for‑money projects. • Lead future framework procurements for MMC‑enabled programmes. • Build and maintain stakeholder networks with government, professional bodies, private sector and supply‑chain partners.

What You Bring
A relevant undergraduate degree (e.g., project management, quantity surveying, construction) is required, with a further degree considered desirable. Essential knowledge includes the modular and off‑site markets, the UK construction landscape, government strategy, and digital construction technologies, together with experience integrating planning, delivery and smarter commercial relationships. Required skills are strong communication, commercial focus, innovation leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently while managing diverse stakeholder groups and delivering projects within standard control frameworks. Highly desirable experience includes knowledge of the global off‑site market, familiarity with RIBA stages, financial and contract management (PPC 2000, NEC3) and a solid grasp of project management techniques. • Hold an undergraduate degree in a construction‑related discipline; a second degree is a plus. • Demonstrate deep knowledge of modular/off‑site construction, UK market trends, government strategies and digital construction technologies. • Exhibit strong communication, commercial acumen and the ability to drive cost‑saving initiatives. • Proven experience delivering projects within standard control frameworks and managing diverse stakeholder groups. • Desirable: global off‑site market insight, RIBA stage expertise, financial and contract management (PPC 2000, NEC3) and advanced project management techniques.
