About the Role
The 5–7‑month training program places the trainee with the Sales Leadership Team, giving exposure to key areas such as Service, Modernization and Business Development. What You Bring
Otis Elevator Company is seeking a recent graduate who is highly motivated to join its Ottawa office (2480 Lancaster Road, Ottawa, Ontario) as a Sales Trainee. The role offers a fast‑track opportunity to develop sales and business‑development skills while learning about Otis’s wide range of products, services and divisions. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 1–3 years of customer‑facing or sales experience. The role requires strong written and verbal communication in both English and French, the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment, comfort with Microsoft‑based software, excellent negotiation, time‑management and organizational skills, and willingness to relocate to another Otis Canada operating centre if needed. • Develop and practice sales and negotiation skills • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) • Possess 1–3 years of sales or customer‑facing experience • Communicate fluently in English and French, both written and verbal • Thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment • Proficient with Microsoft‑based software and comfortable with technical topics • Demonstrate strong time‑management, organization and goal‑orientation • Willingness to relocate to another Otis Canada operating centre if required
