About the Role

The role supports delivery through the procurement and construction phases, offering a fast‑paced, industry‑leading environment suitable for career progression in major projects or programmes. It is a client‑facing position based partly on site, requiring assistance in managing consultant teams and stakeholders, and working with the project lead to deliver the project successfully. • Promote an inclusive, supportive team environment. • Maintain quality systems and support delivery across all project stages. • Manage tasks, documentation and analysis to meet project milestones. • Monitor budgets, risks and mitigations. • Uphold Mace values and support sustainable business growth. • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with design and consultant teams. • Apply best practice and independently manage defined project elements. • Growing commercial, financial, construction and programme knowledge. • Safety first – ensure a safe, diverse, and inclusive working environment. • Client focus – deliver quality outcomes and build long‑term client relationships. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement and development for people.
