About the Role
The Assistant Engineering Manager – Account Management will act as the go‑to engineer for the Work Dynamics region, supporting preventive maintenance, conservation practices, and the delivery of mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects. Working closely with the chief engineer, the role ensures quality, timeliness, and accurate facility management reporting while managing contracts and procurement for technical services. • Uphold high standards in preventive maintenance and conservation programs. • Monitor mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects for quality and timely completion. • Produce complete and accurate facility management reports. • Manage facility, contract, and procurement processes for technical services. • Achieve financial targets, key performance indicators, and service level agreements. • Oversee on‑site M&E and civil maintenance installations. • Prepare critical spare‑parts lists and maintain maintenance inventory. • Implement pre‑emptive maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures. • Keep logbooks, checklists, and schedules current and accurate. • Arrange ad‑hoc M&E setups according to client requirements.

What You Bring
Success in this position requires a diploma or degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and three to seven years of facilities‑management experience. Candidates must be able to lead and contribute within diverse teams and handle on‑site M&E installations, inventory planning, and pre‑emptive maintenance programs.
