About the Role
• Define and evolve a Business Excellence roadmap aligned with KPIs to boost customer satisfaction, adoption, and revenue. • Architect and implement process improvements to increase efficiency across global learning product lines. • Collaborate with product, GTM, sales, and customer success leaders to align operational initiatives with business goals. • Lead global change‑management programs to embed new tools, processes, and behaviors. • Manage cross‑functional projects, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives. • Mentor and grow a high‑performing team of project managers, fostering leadership and execution excellence. • Translate operational data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership. • Design repeatable execution frameworks for use across regions, product lines, and customer segments. • Pilot emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance learning and operational performance.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field, and have at least six years of experience in business excellence or operational leadership, including two years of people management. Proven success in process improvement, project coordination, and AI automation is required, along with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. An analytical mindset, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and optionally experience in learning and development or a PMP certification are a plus.

For U.S. roles, the starting base salary ranges from $143,000 to $231,220, with the possibility of bonuses, commissions, stock grants, and other compensation elements.
