About the Role

• Participate fully in HSE Management Program and comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. • Ensure compliance with QHSE system policies and procedures. • Maintain workshop cleanliness, 6S standards, and proper waste handling. • Receive and deliver materials and test equipment to the workshop. • Operate within strict labour hour cycles for direct and indirect work. • Flexibly transfer between work cells, perform clean‑up tasks and operate forklift as needed. • Follow PPE, HRO, crane, forklift, MEWP, and working‑at‑height requirements. • Complete required documentation, training, and competency records. • Use HSE and quality systems for concern reports, stop works, and production improvements. • Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations and accurate Oracle vouchering. • Manage time, attendance, holiday entitlement and personal absence. • Support on‑site production visibility and schedule boards.

What You Bring

• Minimum relevant experience as a labourer in an oil & gas environment. • Experience or training in preparation and coating applications. • Certified to operate forklift, overhead crane, MEWP and work at heights.
