Field Supervisor

About the Role

In this role you will assist Comcast maintenance technicians with tasks such as node splits, Genesis operations, and system upgrades. You will guide several crews, coordinate jobsite activities, and foster the development of your team’s telecom expertise. Delivering excellent customer service and modeling the company-wide safety culture are key expectations. Your leadership will keep projects on schedule and maintain high quality standards. • Support Comcast maintenance technician work, node splits, Genesis, and system upgrades. • Direct multiple crews and oversee jobsite activities. • Develop team skills and telecom knowledge. • Provide high-level customer service. • Lead by example and uphold safety culture. • Drive teams to meet deadlines and ensure quality projects.
