About the Role
• Operate hydrovac equipment in diverse environments, including confined spaces • Drive hydrovac trucks (10‑15% of work time) • Attend safety meetings • Perform routine inspections and minor equipment repairs • Set up safety measures and prepare work areas, addressing hazards • Document and report all required Badger, federal, state, and customer paperwork accurately • Provide strong customer service and interact comfortably with clients

What You Bring

In this role, you'll use high‑pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and efficiently, uncover utilities, and contribute to various construction projects. If you're detail‑oriented, safety‑conscious, and ready to be part of essential infrastructure work, apply now to join our dedicated team. • Hold a valid Class A or B CDL • Possess CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection, and OSHA 10 certification (preferred) • Experience with manual‑transmission (10‑18 speed) trucks (preferred) • Able to work variable shifts and extended hours • Willing to travel up to 25% • Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling 50+ lb and handling manual labor in varied weather • Prior hydrovac or related industrial experience (preferred) • Be at least 21 years old • Exhibit enthusiasm for a safety‑focused collaborative team • Be adept with technology • Complete a physical exam and pre‑employment screenings (driver's abstract, drug/alcohol test)

Benefits
Salary is based on union wages ($58.84) and benefits will be discussed directly with the Branch Manager. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and may require union membership. • Receive personal protective equipment (PPE)
