About the Role

The role involves producing machine parts according to customer print orders across multiple workstations in the In Line Machine area. Parts must be completed promptly for production and must adhere to ISO standards, safety regulations, and good housekeeping practices. Operators ensure machinery functions correctly across various stations, uphold production goals, and maintain quality standards. They keep work areas organized, document processes, and may support training of new team members. • Operate machinery according to print specifications, shop orders, and inspection charts. • Maintain proper coolant, lubricant, and fluid levels. • Achieve production standards and meet demand across workstations. • Inspect products for conformance and rework non‑conforming items. • Keep workstation clean and orderly. • Complete required documentation for processes. • Train new employees assigned to the area. • Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Use measurement tools to verify product dimensions against blueprints.
