About the Role
The Project Manager leads Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end‑to‑end service delivery, or supports major commissions by managing specific aspects. They ensure client objectives are met, delivering projects on time, within cost targets and to appropriate quality standards. • Establish overall project success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance). • Communicate quality, safety, health, and environment issues to line manager. • Set up effective project governance, processes and systems. • Produce detailed project plans. • Advise on procurement of resources. • Lead and facilitate cross‑functional project team. • Apply performance management techniques and monitor progress. • Manage change control process. • Monitor and advise on project finances. • Coordinate project information flow between team and client via meetings and written communications. • Prepare formal progress reports and other documentation. • Interface with client and consultants throughout all project stages. • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and report them. • Assist in preparing bid documentation. • Keep project case studies, photographs and CV files up to date. • Suggest improvements for project management products and services. • Apply Turner & Townsend’s 2+2=5 philosophy and seek cross‑divisional opportunities. • Capture key project learning into internal knowledge database. • Ensure prompt client invoicing and monitor financial status using TIC Sheets. • Propose enhancements to internal systems and processes.

What You Bring
Candidates need a B.E./B.Tech./B.Arch. in Civil engineering, with 10–15 years of post‑qualification experience in a construction consultancy in India. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage, and excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
